How to hide the console window for a scheduled task?

Postby wrybread » Fri, 06 May 2011, 22:08

I'm running a task through nnCron Lite that has no console window. But when run through nnCron, it shows a black Windows console window.

Is there some way to hide this?

Sorry I should have updated this thread when I solved the problem. It was my own fault, the program I was running was launching the console window, not nnCron.

For anyone trying to run a hidden Python window:

c:\python24\pythonw.exe c:\myscript.py

Note the pythonw.exe (with a W). That doens't launch the console window.
