1.93b3: %USERNAME% wrong

Postby semko » Mon, 12 Jan 2009, 21:56

The predefined variable %USERNAME% always returns SYSTEM instead of the currently logged on user's name.

nncron 1.93b3 Build 1125 running as service, OS: WinXP SP3.

Hi.

Try to use AsLoggedUser word in definition section. nnCron starts as SYSTEM by default.

Example:

#( testuser
NoActive
AsLoggedUser
Action:
MSG: "%USERNAME%"
)#

Thank you, Andrey, AsLoggedUser did the trick. But that must be new in v1.93. With v1.91 it worked without that directive.

Sem, the same problem: http://nncron.ru/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9936&p=21195#p21195. Sometimes %FOLDER-APP-DATA% returns user folder, but sometimes - system. Version - 1.91.1083.0.
