I'm not sure I understand what do you mean when saying 'BLOCK F'... Are you talking about the functional keys (F1 ... F12)?

Yes

i have a logtech keyboard
and has a key called "BLOCK F"
if i stoke the block F , i can give shortcut to the f1

so i can use f1 , if i stoke block f i can use a F1(with a second value)

so in short i have 12 F keys (F1-F12)
with the BLOCK F , i can double, redouble the F KEYS..
So i have F1 +BLOCK F(F1) , F2 and a block f(f2)

hope u be clear

Just right-click on nnCron tray icon and choose Tools-Winspy. Then put the cursor into 'Hotkey' field and press your F keys with and without the BLOCK modifyer. If the 'VK' value is different, you can use it in your tasks.

yes the console detects the (Block F key)
the console detects what i stroke the block f key

but the console doesn't detect the F1-F12 , after i enable the block F key

for example microsoft office uses the block f key
