How to run a task every 28 days?

Postby WBeulink » Thu, 07 Feb 2008, 21:54

How to run a task every 28 days.

I guess I have to use the Forth system underneath the hood for some arithmatics.
Never done that before.
Can I add lines with Forth syntax just in the Crontab parts?

Anyone done this before? :?:

Thanks in advance

You may tray to use the DATE-INTERVAL: dd1.mm1.yyyy1-dd2.mm2.yyyy2[/days] (take a look in the docs). Please, test this and wite back if this works:

Code: Select all
OnceADay
Rule: DATE-INTERVAL: 08.02.2008-08.02.2018/28

or (if you like to specify the exact time):

Code: Select all
Time: 30 8
Rule: DATE-INTERVAL: 08.02.2008-08.02.2018/28
